Spy’s report, filed at Pennick Sluice and carried over the Glare line by hand. House Sec caught the link this morning under Hale Corrigan, its first of the Book, and paid the gift in full with no oil credit taken. Corrigan’s lamp-floor is cold at the back, and his stokers are doing sums with their boots off. A warm Glare lamp would light them through the season, and its fine print is very small. I recommend an offer before the next Book.
